Filter cake washing

In the final stage of filtration, the filter cake is washed in a specific way, combining the washing cycle with the filtering function, that is, filtering without residue; or when the liquid is evacuated by gas, the filter cake can be cleaned by an appropriate cleaning step. Spraying the washing liquid by spraying can greatly reduce the consumption of washing liquid compared with the conventional washing method.
